Dr. Tiffany Moore graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2015 and has been practicing in Santa Rosa ever since. She purchased Empire Optometry in 2017 as the sole owner. Dr. Moore specializes in family practice, disease management, specialty contact lenses and pediatric exams.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Zak, son Grayson and dog Charlie!

Dr. Kristen Glasgow is the newest addition to our wonderful team of doctors. She is very thorough in her eye exams and prides herself with treating each patient as an individual with different visual needs, somehwat like a puzzle she enjoys solving. She is fluent in Spanish as well!

Nicole Wood OD
Dr. Nicole Wood grew up in Petaluma, CA, and attended Sonoma State University for undergraduate school. She graduated Pacific University College of Optometry in 2004 and has been practicing in Santa Rosa ever since. Dr. Wood specializes in family practice, disease management, and specialty contact lenses.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew and their son Connor. She also loves to read, play bunco and bingo, and do crosswords.
